Adding to this, the Kienehoef not only has a swimming pool and a recreational lake with a sandy beach (both for campsite guests only), but a special kiddie pool, as well. Just across the way is the Keinehoef leisure park, home to a hiking area, petting zoo, paddling pond, and plenty of fun playgrounds.
There is a Tourist Information Point in the reception of the campsite. Here you will find all information about the area, the best walking and cycling routes, but also all information about the history of the area and all events in the immediate vicinity.
Nestled into nature
The amazing natural location, combined with a well laid out mix of everything from hiker's cabins and seasonal and annual spots to car-free camping pitches, lead one senior guest to this conclusion: "Spacious spots, privacy, and peace, despite the many children!". You can choose for yourself whether you'd prefer a larger field with playground equipment or a smaller, more intimate spot. The campsite is also in the touring route network. Grab a free walking or cycling route map from the multilingual reception, or plan out your own route using the free junction map. It's the perfect way to explore the green landscapes of the Meijerij and Het Groene Woud (The Green Forest).
