North Brabant – the province where I was born and raised. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors in the countryside with my children, but I like to take them to museums as well. I enjoy going out for a meal with friends, or you can find me at a great concert with a beer in my hand.

I’ve been living in Eindhoven for some time now and it is never boring. There are so many fun places to explore! As a writer for visitbrabant.com, I mainly share tips for fun excursions with children, eating & drinking and culture.

My tips for your visit to North Brabant

My favourites

I was born and raised in a village in the southeast of Brabant and now live in Eindhoven. I know the city and the surrounding area like the back of my hand. If you had one day to visit Eindhoven, I would recommend the following:

  • A walk along Strijp-S, with, among others, Area51, the green Trudo Vertical Forest and the Ketelhuisplein.
  • Visit some charming shops along Kleine Berg and enjoy a delicious lunch there.
  • Cycle with your children to the Philips Fruittuin for a delicious pancake.
  • Visit the Van Abbemuseum.
  • Enjoy the best beer at Van Moll Craft Beer or Radegast.
