Bergen op Zoom is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands and that is reflected in every corner of the city. Walking through narrow alleyways and old squares you will discover the many monuments and after a climb up De Peperbus tower you will have a beautiful view over the city. Wander through the streets that open onto the charming Grote Markt and discover beautiful spots such as Markiezenhof, the oldest city palace in the Netherlands.
Are you looking for an adventurous day out? Have fun at Treetop Adventure Park Brabantse Wal: challenging bridges, sturdy lianas and crazy zip lines! Are you staying the night? Tip: along the border with Zeeland and Belgium you will find a stunning natural park: De Brabantse Wal. The landscape is known for its natural height differences, with transitions from clay to sand, from forest to heathland and from dry to wet. At Fort de Roovere in Halsteren you'll find the Mozesbrug (Moses Bridge) where you can walk through the water while keeping your feet dry. On this spot you will also find the Pompejus tower, one of the many lookout towers of Brabant.

ROOSENDAAL: ADVENTUROUS AND VERSATILE
A drink at a pavement café, a bit of shopping at Designer Outlet Roosendaal, visiting historical sights, going to the theatre or showing your skills on the world's biggest pump track. There’s plenty to do in Roosendaal and we definitely recommend a visit to this town if you are in the area.
TEST BOUNDARIES AT KALMTHOUTSE HEIDE HEATH
After a drive south of less than 30 minutes you will find Grenspark De Zoom - Kalmthoutse Heide, one of North Brabant’s four National Parks. Grenspark De Zoom - Kalmthoutse Heide is located on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. The area is full of beautiful contrasts: fens, sand drifts and pine forests.
