After sampling the delicious ‘water of life’, a popular event is a guided tour through the distillery. With bookings possible daily – and several tours a day in the weekends – you can learn a lot about this spirit distilled from grain mash in one hour’s time. The tour includes a visit to the distillery, warehouse and the off-licence in addition to, of course, sampling one glass. If that is not enough – which is possible! – you can also order a table tasting in the charming restaurant. Or make your experience complete with a lunch or dinner. Although ... you might not want to go home after that. “We booked a package holiday with an overnight stay so that we both could sample the whisky, and it was delicious!”, states one of the online posts.
Officially certified in 2025 as a B Corp distillery: the only whisky producer in the Netherlands (and one of the ten in the world!) with this independent sustainability label!
