Brasserie Cé: the heart of the city for six centuries already, with a breath-taking view of the market of 's-Hertogenbosch. This beautiful building, which has served throughout the centuries as a post office and even as a prison, has seen celebrations of the good life for almost one and a half centuries now. Located on the ground floor of the four-star hotel Golden Tulip Hotel Central in the centre of the city, Brasserie Cé spoils its guests with a combination of international dishes and regional influences. Here each dish is lovingly prepared, keeping the season in mind and respecting its origin and sustainability. Enjoy the best and most delicious dishes in North Brabant. Brasserie Cé’s team is committed to sustainability and is proud of its efforts and ‘green’ initiatives such as the Green Key Gold certification and the many plants in the bright conservatory next to the market. Advantageously located near at least nine cycle junctions, Brasserie Cé has a safe and closed off shelter for your bicycle or e-bike. While you enjoy a tasty, inexpensive lunch or a famous Bossche bol (a chocolate-covered pastry filled with whipped cream), your bicycle will be charged at no extra cost.
