This pioneering food hall in Eindhoven won the prize for Best Hospitality Concept at the Entree Awards in 2017. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the station and in the heart of the dynamic city centre, the 21 food stands make you feel you're at a food festival; although this is one where you can savour the greatest variety of creative dishes and excellent quality all year round. The central bar and the digital order app led a previous customer to conclude the following: “In one word: fantastic! […] The concept of the central bar is also great. Instead of having to find out what the choice of drinks is at each place, you can just sit at the table where you order from the ‘central drinks menu’”.

Something for everyone!
It’s a slogan…

Something for everyone!
It’s a slogan often bandied around, but nowhere as near the truth than at the Smalle Haven, which houses the Down Town Gourmet Market. From Vietnamese to Mexican tacos and from burgers to special ice-cream varieties: here everyone will find an inspiring array of options, even vegetarians and vegans. This makes it the ideal choice if you're going out eating as a group. Take your time browsing the various cuisines, then place your order (or order by phone), take a seat at the table, collect your meal when it's ready and simply pay. Fully geared toward the increasingly international Eindhoven, the website and social media are already entirely in English.

Typical Brabant welcome
You can come here six days a week, during or after a day out in Eindhoven at the Van Abbe, Philips or DAF Museums, for instance; all within walking distance. “While it might be based on the Rotterdam or Amsterdam version of this concept, Brabant's warm welcome and friendliness ensures you’re a happy customer.”
