Head chef Nico Boreas combines seasonal ingredients and international flavours to create innovative dishes, whilst Sonja Boreas and her team ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Restaurant Sabero, founded by Sonja and Nico Boreas, has an impressive history dating back to 2001, when they opened Restaurant Boreas in Heeze. This restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and was renowned for its refined cuisine. In 2018, they sold Boreas and launched Sabero, a smaller restaurant in Roermond, which was also immediately awarded two Michelin stars.
