Back to the basics ... in style
The park purposely did not install any televisions in the cottages. There is even a digital detox box in each cottage, a spot for telephones to be stored so that you really have time for one another. The many quiet spots in the park, the fire pit by the mere, the deck by the pond and the hammocks for dozing off in: everything is meant to allow you to become one with nature again. But then in luxury tiny houses, equipped with every convenience.
Oisterwijk and area
If you should nevertheless miss the crowds, the bustling village centre is just around the corner. There are good restaurants, charming pubs serving food and outdoor cafes as well as endless opportunities to shop. Oisterwijk is also Robèrt van Beckhoven’s home base. Enjoy his delicious pastries – which you can walk or cycle off in the beautiful countryside. Visit the climbing park, go canoeing or enjoy yourself in the Efteling theme park or Beekse Bergen safari park (less than half an hour away).
