The Loon and Drunen Dunes, situated between Drunen and Loon op Zand, are a nature area close to Efteling in Kaatsheuvel. The landscape is characterised by woods and vast areas of drifting sand. The 24.9 kilometre route through the Loon and Drunen Dunes consists largely of single tracks with various short, steep climbs and descents, making it a technically challenging course. About the route
The black mountain-biking route in the Loon and Drunen Dunes has been mapped by Natuurmonumenten and tour clubs. The route is 26 kilometres of single track with plenty of changes in elevation. It is a medium-difficult technical route and is suitable for experienced mountain bikers.
