This 36-km cycle loop takes you on a varied route through the popular ancient attraction of Loon and Drunen Dunes National Park, several North Brabant villages and the quintessentially Dutch landscape of the Langstraat nature area. This route starts and ends at Landpark Assisië care facility. Experience the history of the ancient drifting sand landscape by bike. Stop for a cup of coffee in Waalwijk and enjoy the flora and fauna of the Langstraat.
Chapels, monasteries and a miniature church. Scattered throughout the villages and countryside along this cycling loop, you will encounter traces of Brabant’s Catholic history. The Maria Chapel in Udenhout is a lovely place to pause, light a candle for loved ones or yourself and take a seat on the bench outside. What can you see, hear and smell?

A range of short- and long-distance routes take you through Brabant’s rich monastic heritage, past numerous monasteries and abbeys that tell the story of monastic life then and now. You can, for example, walk the 300-km Brabant Monastery Trail, or cycle the Brabant Monastery Trail, covering more than 700 km. These long-distance routes are divided into multiple stages. If you would prefer a shorter route, choose one of the lovely circular walks or cycle loops. Brabant invites you to slow down, find stillness and wonder.
