This route is a challenging mountain-biking route located in Netersel in the Brabantse Kempen region. It is located on and around a former landfill site in a wooded environment. Bikers come from far and wide to descend the steep climbs, descents, rock sections, drops, north shore and switch backs. The route has a length of more than four kilometres and can be extended by linking to the fantastic mountain-biking routes in Bladel and Eersel. The course is an entry-level world cup course. You certainly don’t need to be a professional to tackle it, but very technically advanced skill is essential. The route is more than four kilometres in length and you need to be able to cycle very well to average fifteen kilometres per hour. If you can complete it in around fifteen minutes, you’ll be amongst the quickest!

Level
The Dak van Netersel mountain-biking route is a black route: very difficult. Black routes are for truly competitive bikers, bike park fanatics or mountain bikers with experience abroad on rocky terrain. Falls here are always at high speed, the landing is more tricky and the surface, like in a rock garden, is often harder. It’s certainly not one for beginners! The route is classified by the NTFU.
