Spacious, clean and tidy camping pitches
Minicamping Munnikenhof offers spacious, paved pitches. Online reviews rate the campsite’s clean and luxury toilet facilities in particular (they were renovated in 2020): ‘Clean and tidy toilet facilities, large pitches, a good base for outings. You don’t come across a great place like this very often. And friendly owners who take great care of their business and their guests too.’ There’s no hassle with water tokens here either, and you can enjoy the same level of comfort as you would at home.
In addition to camping pitches, Munnikenhof also has five rental accommodation units. Plus, to further emphasise the welcoming attention of the owner couple, the campsite also has a modified bathroom for disabled visitors.

Biesbosch and surroundings
The Zuiderwaterlinie, or Southern Water Line, is a unique chain of historic fortified towns and the oldest, longest and most used water line in the Netherlands. This makes the campsite a great starting point if you want to walk or cycle part of the route and visit fortified towns such as Geertruidenberg, Breda, Heusden, Klundert and Willemstad. In addition, a visit to Biesbosch is almost ‘essential’. After all, Marlies, one of the campsite’s owners, has been a proud hostess of Biesbosch since 2021! A true ambassador of this beautiful nature reserve, she would be happy to tell you what she thinks makes Biesbosch so special.
