Eliades Ochoa

Eliades Ochoa, one of the original members of the Cuban musical ensemble Buena Vista Social Club, is coming to Eindhoven with his signature hat, cowboy boots and unique songs full of life wisdom! You won't get any closer to the sound of the original band. His latest album, "Guajiro," was released in 2023 and tells the story of his life. With "Guajiro," he adds a new chapter, merging all parts of his legendary life and career into a compelling personal testament.

He is also known as the Johnny Cash of Cuba, and that is easy to understand. But while there are many parallels, his new album also shows that he has a unique voice and his own unique style and sound, rooted in the Cuban tradition. His music is timeless and universal.
