Experience authentic craftsmanship
Robèrt's craftsmanship isn't cloistered behind closed doors. The 45-metre glass wall along the bakery counter puts the kitchen in full view, where you can see the bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers hard at work. There's a shop at the end of the hall where you can try Robèrt's handcrafted products for yourself. The long hallway is lined with posters that are jam packed with information about the ingredients, the machines, how the work is done, and the philosophy behind it. Here you'll learn that only the best, highest quality ingredients are used, and sustainable and organic wherever possible. If you'd like to try your hand at the craft, there's a spacious, modern, well-equipped classroom above the bakery where you can learn from Robèrt and the team!

KVL
In 2014, Robèrt and his partner, Pirjo de Winkel, founded Bij Robert in the same place that the home-grown Oisterwijker had his very first job. Knowledge, skills, enthusiasm, years of experience, hard work, and Robèrt's famous smile all came together to create a space where you can experience every facet of the baking industry - you can see, smell, taste, and learn it all. 
And it's just a five-minute walk from Oisterwijk Station!
