In this unique aviation museum, located at Breda International Airport, you come face to face with historic aircraft, exposed aircraft engines and much more. Children can enjoy a truly unforgettable visit experiencing what it’s like to be a pilot in one of the aircraft. Run entirely by experienced volunteers, the museum’s guides enthusiastically tell you all about the aircraft, some of which are over 85 years old, and all still airworthy! And that’s also why some of the aircraft may not be in the museum because, for example, they are flying in a commemorative flight or flyby. For groups – both families and businesses – the museum offers various customised package deals. Combined with the unique atmosphere, you are guaranteed an unforgettable day. The museum also organises several special days, such as the annual Memorial Flight on 4 May, or come the day after on Dutch Liberation Day to celebrate classic aircraft and vehicles from the Second World War. The volunteers will gladly let you know what’s going on. ‘During the guided tour, we found out that several aircraft would be taking to the skies the next day to practise formation flying. Of course, we returned to witness this spectacular display firsthand. An unforgettable experience!

Tip for your visit: combine a visit to Flying Museum Seppe with one of the many nearby attractions. Visit Oudenbosch and see its impressive Basilica (a scaled replica of St Peter’s in Rome). Alternatively, you can go to the Arboretum botanical garden for some natural greenery. And if you come with children, complete your day with fun at Maple Farm Adventures climbing park.
