Covering over 16 hectares, this animal kingdom is only a few kilometres from North Brabant’s largest city. ‘Larger than expected, so many different animal species’, states a previous visitor’s review. And the youngest ones can easily see everything thanks to the spacious layout. Remarkably, this zoo has plenty of play areas throughout the park. Some are suitable for children with physical disabilities. Eindhoven Zoo offers everyone the chance to come and laugh, enjoy, experience and admire. After all, it’s much more fun learning about the animals up close.
Tip for your visit: Take a towel in warm weather. Eindhoven Zoo recently opened a water playground, where you can cool down in summer and take it all in. This also makes this playful zoo the perfect location for children’s parties or group outings. The friendly, enthusiastic staff are multilingual; not surprisingly really, as Eindhoven is becoming increasingly more international.
Naturally, children will have the most fun here, as this enthusiastic online review states, ‘Great park to take the kids to!’
