Kids' animal care course

The animal care course will start again this summer holiday at Castle Children's Farm.  In two mornings, the animal carers at the Children's Farm will teach you all about caring for rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, pigs, goats, sheep and the donkeys. The course takes place on Tuesday morning 30 July and Thursday morning 1 August from 10.00 am to 12.15 pm. Together, this is 1 course. The course costs €20.00 per child. This includes materials, drinks & a biscuit.

If you are between 7 & 12 years old and would like to take part, please sign up, in advance (but it is only possible from mid-May 2024), at the Children's Farm reception desk and pay straight away. You can NOT join on the day itself. If there are fewer than 6 registered children, the course will not take place.
