In the municipality of Geldrop – Mierlo, the official gathering is held at the British war cemetery. In collaboration with the Municipality and the Oranjecomité Mierlo, the "De Drie Harten" foundation organizes the commemoration at the British war cemetery on Geldropseweg. During this gathering, we not only honor those who fell during the Second World War but also those who continue to fight for peace today! Thanks to the contributions of the mayor, representatives from the municipal council, clergy, scouting groups, music corps, choirs, Guilds of the municipality of Geldrop – Mierlo, and speakers, a solemn commemoration takes place every year.
