World Meditation Day - 2nd edition Den Bosch
On Monday, December 21, the 2nd edition of World Meditation Day will take place in Den Bosch. After the success of the first World Meditation Day last year and the International Day of Yoga in June, this is the largest meditation event in our city.
With everything that is happening in the world, this is a collective moment of peace. We come together to pause and send a wave of peace into the world. You will learn to meditate and get practical tools to continue practicing at home. We will do Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and of course: Meditation!
Meditation is not passive. It brings inner stability while we find the strength to act outward. And when we do it together in a big group, it not only uplifts oneself but each other! The effect is manifold. In Sanskrit, we call this a Yagna (a collective offering).
Come join us, let's celebrate the shortest day of the year and the winter days!

We have lots of space in our beautiful hall, so don't shy away from spreading the news—the more, the merrier!
Participation is free and accessible to everyone (16+). No experience is required, and there are chairs available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
To keep these events going and ensure they remain accessible to everyone from all walks of life, we very much welcome voluntary donations. This is not an obligation. A donation link is available on our website, and a QR code will be available on the event day. We intend to keep it this way for as long as possible. Thank you!
