New: Art's Boundless Light
Where do we find beauty? How do we truly see? And how do we give form to what we see and experience? Ten talented young artists from Hong Kong seek meaning in nature, memories, daily life, and the human experience—just as Vincent van Gogh once did.
Where do we find beauty? How do we truly see? And how do we give form to what we see and experience? Ten talented young artists from Hong Kong seek meaning in nature, memories, daily life, and the human experience—just as Vincent van Gogh once did. Created 140 years after Van Gogh’s first masterpiece, The Potato Eaters, their work reflects the same curiosity and determination found in the world-famous painter’s art. These 20 artworks from Hong Kong are being brought together for the first time at the very location where Vincent painted his first major masterpiece, The Potato Eaters.
Art's Boundless Light is on display at the Van Gogh Village Museum from 31 October to 29 November 2026.
