Celebration of 200 years of the Zuid-Willemsvaart
The Zuid-Willemsvaart is 200 years old, and they want to showcase its existence.
Local History Society De Lange Vonder is organizing an exhibition on the Terra Nova.
The Terra Nova is moored at Dijkstraat near the Beekse Bridge. For a long weekend, visitors can view the exhibition regarding the canal's origins and its current form.
Everyone is welcome from Friday through Sunday, and schools and/or other groups can view the exhibition on Monday and Tuesday. After this weekend, the entire exhibition will be moved to the Heemkamer on Parklaan.
