During the meditation concerts by TROMP Percussion, you discover what emerges when rhythm, sound, and silence come together. No pressure, no expectations. Just listen and be present.

Each concert begins with a short, guided meditation by Zen teacher Anne Peters. The live concert starts from that focus.

A percussionist from TROMP Percussion takes you on an intense yet relaxed sound experience. Think of deep gongs, warm marimbas, vibraphones, and singing bowls; meditative, yet full of energy.

You don't need to be able to do or know anything. No meditation experience, no musical prior knowledge. Come as you are. DAUW is for everyone who is curious about peace, sound, and new ways of listening.

Afterwards, there is space to linger: to talk, share experiences, or remain in silence together for a while.

Keith Ng (2000) is a percussionist who effortlessly combines detail and freedom. His performances revolve around connection: with the audience, with the space, and with the story behind the music. He was awarded second prize at the TROMP International Percussion Competition (2022) and is known for his clear, intense playing style. Keith moves between solo, ensemble, and crossover projects, in which listening is just as important as feeling. His performances are personal, layered, and direct; music that does not stay at a distance, but takes you along.
