Aether Trio | flute, violin, harp

The Aether Trio is a classical music ensemble, founded in 2025 by three international students from the Tilburg Conservatory.

United by a shared passion for lesser-known repertoire, the trio embarks on a journey of discovery in a unique ensemble setting. They explore nuances of timbre, breathe new life into works ignored by the mainstream classical canon, and broaden audiences' horizons with premieres of new compositions. Drawing from their diverse cultural backgrounds, the three seamlessly blend each other's unique voices with a captivating bravado and honesty that serves their shared aesthetic and artistic vision.

Recent successes include winning the Audience Award at the Nico Vis Chamber Music Competition in 's-Hertogenbosch in 2024 with Xiaozhou Zhou on clarinet as the Arpemus Trio.
