After all your enthusiasm and positive stories from last year… it's here again: the 2nd edition of the International Day of Yoga – now the largest yoga and meditation event in our city, right here in West!

The morning (10:45 – 12:45) doors open 10.00 It is all about traditional Hatha yoga, breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). Everyone (16+) is welcome – all levels, with chairs available for those who cannot sit on the floor. 

After a successful first edition in 2025 (the largest yoga event in the city), the celebration continues to grow this year. Participation is free, made possible by a contribution from the municipality and crowdfunding.

A special hearltfelt gratitude towards to the volunteers who put in their time and love to spread peace!

Why this event is special:
In a time of rush, stress, and loneliness, yoga offers a moment of rest and connection. Participants receive practical tools for their mental and physical health – for now and later.
