At Kazerne, Studio Toer’s fireflies dance, while a water droplet transforms into a tranquil play of light in *The Ripple* by Studio Koen Steger and Atelier Hendriksen. Materials also take on a new radiance here: from Aga Blonska’s lamp—crafted from a material produced by bacteria—to lighting made from old display screens. In *Embodied Energy, Vibrant Relations*, over 50 designers invite you to view the world around you from a fresh perspective. Surprising, hopeful, and at times surreal: design that reveals both what something once was and what might yet emerge.
