Ten young designers, all recent Design Academy Eindhoven alumni, delve into what we ignore, forget, or make invisible, showcasing work that is beautiful, meaningful, and hopeful. Like Benjamin Onno Dikmans, who grows local food himself with neighbors from inside shipping containers. Valdís Steinarsdóttir, who recovers gold from electronic waste. Or winner Da Trash Club, who use humorous performances and well-designed costumes to expose the fact that something you throw away isn't really gone.
