Brabantsedag (Brabant Day) is a household name in North Brabant, the Netherlands and even abroad. What once started small in 1958 now attracts over 30,000 visitors every year. No fewer than 16 float-builder groups with about 2000 actors are put on show in the streets of Heeze, near Eindhoven. This theatre parade with impressive house-high floats takes place on the last Sunday of August.
