Installation - The Waiting Room

Waiting. We all do it. But do we really enjoy it? It is just part of life.

But while waiting, we often prefer to focus on ourselves. We barely notice the other person and pay no attention to them. Why?

Because we have unwritten norms and values.

Because it is scary to talk to a stranger.

Because it is strange to express your feelings to someone you do not know.

But wouldn't it be nice to be able to be human together sometimes? To actually talk to the other person. To not let the bag on the chair speak your words.

The waiting room is a place where you wait together.
