A beautiful, lively and inspiring museum about the textile industry in Tilburg. There is plenty to see in the textile museum such as a damask weaving mill, a library and a working steam engine. The temporary exhibitions are also worth a visit. Personally, I visited the exhibition “Earth Matters”. You can also visit the TextielLab. Here you can see designers, artists and architects at work. A visit to the TerxtielMuseum can be nicely combined with a visit to contemporary art museum De Pont, which is at walking distance.
