Nowhere in the Netherlands will you find as many outdoor slides as in the Splesj (pronounced ‘Splash’) waterpark, which is part of the Molecaten Park Bosbad Hoeven. ‘It was really great, the slides were awesome’, commented a very enthusiastic young visitor. The 900 m2 spray park is the biggest in Europe. Families with children and grandparents with their grandchildren can have a great time at this easy-going summer location. ‘Had a great time here. A wonderful park for young and old’.  The Park is closed at the moment.

With seven spectacular water slides, this water playpark – located between Breda and Roosendaal – is unique in the Netherlands. Find out which of your friends is the fastest on the Fast4Fun or zoom through the Super Crater sitting in a two-person tyre. The 100 metre long Wild Water Ride will thrill you with its tight bends and rapids. The Sidewinder- a half pipe which is more than ten metres high, and which you can hurl yourself through in a two-person rubber band - is unique in Europe. And slides with names such as Anaconda, Kamikaze and Wave Rider speak for themselves: ‘A really amazing park with wonderful slides.’

There are fountains, water cannons and the Mega Soaker, which sprays more than 300 litres of water over you in one go. For the very youngest there is the Watertuin (Water Garden): a spray park specially for toddlers and young children, or the new Turtle Island: a play island with a pirate ship stranded on the shore, with water cannons, slides and waterfalls. You can have great fun playing in the shallow water (25 cm deep) around the island.

Eat and stay overnight…
Ons Caat serves the most delicious menus, pizzas and ice creams. Go to the snack bar for a quick snack. Then watch out for your stomach, especially if you suddenly decide to bounce on the trampolines. Maybe it’s better if you go to the huge sand pit? Or maybe a gentle round of Adventure Minigolf?

As you can imagine: just one day at Splesj is really not long enough. Being connected to the Molencaten holiday park is really handy. Try camping, or rent a comfortable chalet and enjoy this water, play and swimming paradise for a bit longer.
