Natuurcentrum De Maashorst is the ideal starting point for your adventure through this primeval area in North Brabant. Get to know the wild grazing animals, wijst grounds and sand drifts during your route. Did you know that De Maashorst is the largest contiguous natural area in Brabant? There is plenty of hiking and biking fun for all ages! For little adventurers there are special children's routes that are shorter but no less exciting. Meet Docus the badger or head on out with Osje the bull. On the way there is plenty to see, experience and learn. Children can have fun with the world around them at one of the many natural playgrounds. Or climb lookout tower Herperduin, for the most beautiful view over the nature reserve. 

For the ultimate experience you should spend the night here. Hidden in the woods, in the middle of De Maashorst, you will find Charme Campsite Hartje Groen & De Boshut. Or book an overnight stay in a forest villa at Holiday Park Herperduin and take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool. You could also camp at Recreational park de Heidebloem, one of the friendliest family campsites in Brabant.
