Teus Nobel, trumpeter and winner of the Edison price, is one of our leading jazz musicians. He has been writing more new music than ever! He successively released several new albums. In September 2023, he will release his ninth album: After Hours. A special album because it is the first with a focus on 'American jazz standards'. The line-up in Valkenswaard consists of guitar (Tim Langedijk) and double bass (Thomas Pol). This line-up gives ample room to the melancholic, ‘quiet’ sounds so typical for Nobel. But of course they will also play some real swing!
