4. On a culinary journey at Proeffabriek in Veghel
A creative hotspot that has something for everyone: Proeffabriek at CHV Noordkade in Veghel. Proeffabriek (“taste factory”) is a great mix of little shops, stalls and restaurants. From a coffee roaster to a bakery, from a distillery to a delicatessen. You can also take a special audio tour, which will tell you the interesting stories behind Proeffabriek and its location. Tip: this is a great outing in combination with a beer or wine tasting!
5. Global cuisine under one roof in Breda
A wonderful new place to have a drink and socialise with friends! Foodhall Breda opened in April 2019 in an old cinema. You'll find no fewer than 18 mini-restaurants with dishes and drinks from all over the world. Mexican, Japanese, Brazilian, Indonesian, Dutch, and more; they have just about everything here. The food hall is open every day from 12:00.
