The company, founded in 1916 by Jacques de Heer, experimented with innovative designs to make swimwear more wearable. The exhibition traces the developments that shaped Dutch swimwear into what it is today. Besides the historical development of swimwear, the exhibition also highlights recent trends and developments. From wool swimsuits and swimming costumes with ruffles to triangle bikinis , "Dive into Tweka" offers a multifaceted look at a century of swimwear evolution.

Summa College
At the same time as the exhibition, works by Summa Fashion students will also be on display. Inspired by the Tweka collection, they show their take on current Dutch swimwear. With new materials and unconventional audiences, they give a surprising addition to the exhibition.
